Roosevelt: Nature...Now

The conservation of our natural resources is the most pressing issue the citizens of this world must face. We have precious little time left to devote to preserving our forests, our lakes, our wildlife and the very air we breathe.

American citizens must join forces with those from around the world to actively protect what nature has so freely given us. With the technology now available to us, it is possible to mobilize wise men, women and children from around this globe. We must combat greed and waste so that we may all enjoy nature's bounty. A loon's cry, a wild flower, the fresh, crisp morning air...how will we explain to our young people when these are but a memory? The extermination of all that is wild and beautiful will be the ultimate destruction of mankind.
